SmackTrack — Data Deletion

Delete from within the app

Open SmackTrack and tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.

If signed in, tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Cloud Sync section.

Confirm deletion. This will permanently delete:

Your Firebase Authentication account
All shot history stored in the cloud
All settings synced to the cloud
All achievement data stored in the cloud

Delete local data

To delete all data stored on your device:

Individual shots: Tap the delete icon on any shot in the History tab.
All local data: Uninstall the app from your device. This removes all locally stored shots, settings, and achievements.
App storage: Go to Android Settings → Apps → SmackTrack → Storage → Clear Data.

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app or need assistance, you can request data deletion by opening an issue on our GitHub repository with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your Google Sign-in. We will delete your data within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Cloud data (Firestore): Shot history, settings, achievements — permanently deleted immediately.
Firebase Auth account: Permanently deleted immediately.
Firebase Analytics: Anonymized and aggregated — cannot be tied back to you. Retained per Google's standard retention policy.
Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reports — cannot be tied back to you.
